I Love Veggies (but maybe you don't...)


This morning I stumbled across a great set of suggestions for those who aren't the biggest fans of the most underrated food group. I practice many of these little tricks and have recommended others like eating raw veggies with hummus or dumping extra frozen veggies into canned soups to my clients.
