I saw this guy in a movie called "Living Luminaries", a philosophical/spiritual documentary, and he blew me away. He had an interesting, simple and no-nonsense perspective on how we might go about improving ourselves across the board (physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually). Great stuff.In this short clip, he challenges us to take a broader view, and a more objective look, at the world and our place in it.
